The following are the terms and conditions for students attending classes at the Centre. It is important to read and understand these rules as they govern your relationship with the Centre.

Payment of Fees: The Centre requires payment of fees in advance of each month’s classes. Students must pay their fees before the start of the month, and the Centre will only confirm a student’s seat in the class upon receipt of payment. Failure to pay fees may result in refusal of entry to the class.

Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid for classes are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, students cannot receive a refund if they decide not to attend classes.

Materials Fee: New students who join the Centre during the academic year must pay a one-time materials fee of $120. This fee covers the basic materials for all chapters, and the Centre will distribute these materials according to its schedule. Materials will not be distributed in advance.

Absence Policy: In the event of an absence, students are required to arrange to attend a different class within the same academic week. If they cannot attend a replacement class, they may request a recorded video lesson.

Health and Safety Policy: The Centre reserves the right to prevent any student who is exhibiting or suspected to exhibit certain symptoms (fever, contagious disease, sneezing or coughing profusely) from attending class. While the Centre will make every effort to ensure student safety, it accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage that may occur while providing its services.

Lost Personal Belongings: The Centre is not responsible for any lost personal belongings in the premises.

Disruptive Behavior Policy: The Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any student who displays disruptive, aggressive, abusive or otherwise inappropriate behavior that endangers other students or the teaching and learning environment. If such behavior continues, the Centre may dismiss the student from the Centre without refund.

Public Holiday Policy: Classes that fall on a public holiday will be rescheduled to another date and time, with notification to parents and students at least two weeks in advance.

Media Usage Policy: The Centre may use any photos, sounds and videos recorded inside the Centre in its advertising and media platforms.

Intellectual Property Policy: All learning materials, including notes, worksheets, case studies, etc., are copyrighted and for personal use only. Students are not permitted to sell or redistribute them in any way. Voice and video recording during lessons are strictly prohibited, and legal action will be taken against students who violate this policy.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Centre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and will notify parents/guardians of any changes. Students are responsible for keeping up to date with these changes.
